Hi, my name is Tim J. Peters. I'm a Berlin-based Design Generalist with focus on interactive and strategic design.
As Head of UX & Strategy at SCHUMACHER — Brand + Interaction Design, I work with a talented team of designers, strategists and developers.
I completed my master's degree at FH;P's renowned Interface Design track in Potsdam. Previously and after I worked in different agencies for a range of clients from DAX30 to SMEs, NGOs and several exciting startups. Find my full CV below.

My passion is to create human centered concepts, services and applications with focus on sustainability, usability and purpose. My work is determined by the urge to make the world a better and easier place for everyone, starting with design and technology that puts the human in the forefront. My biggest strengths are the enthusiasm for what I do, my quick perception and ability to adapt to new challenges and fields quickly. Check out some of my favorite projects from the past.

As an Emergency Medical Officer, I support the local Red Cross chapter within civil protection, medical services and operations. I also provide support with training and act as a first responder from time to time.

Within a volunteer year in social services (FSJ) I supplied people in medical distress and drove the ambulance car at German Red Cross' emergency medical service. For this, I did the training to become a paramedic, which I still maintain until today.

I've always had a distinct interest in the ongoing political debate about the balance between security and individual freedom and rights. In the run-up to the German federal election I was invited to argue with Angela Merkel about this topic at prime time in front of an audience of millions.
