I am delighted to announce that, starting in October, I will be joining the management team at SCHUMACHER — Brand + Interaction Design as Executive Director (in addition to heading up the UX & Strategy Unit).
This development is a logical continuation of our strategy to anchor user experience design more firmly in the management team. For me, this means driving forward the strategic direction of our projects with an even stronger focus on user centricity and innovation.
What I find particularly exciting is that this change also shows our customers how important it has become to share a common view of user and company goals. We no longer see ourselves merely as a design service provider, but as an innovation partner who works closely with our customers to design forward-looking solutions and translate them into change.
I am proud of what I have been able to build together with my fantastic team over the past few years and am very much looking forward to continuing on this path – with inspiring customers, exciting projects and ever new challenges.
